Billing Information

Note: To access the Billing Information section of My Account you must sign in using the account owner's email addressthe one you chose when you signed up for EarthLink.

The Billing Information section of My Account allows you to manage your EarthLink bills and invoices without contacting Customer Service. Using this secure Web system you can pay your outstanding balance, pay for service in advance, and view your past invoices.

The top page of the Billing Information section shows you a summary of your current invoice, your current payment method, and the billing address we have on file for your account. To modify your payment method or billing address, click the Edit button to the right of the corresponding section of the page.

You can see your Pending Charges, plus change account details as listed below. (What are "Pending Charges"?)
